Networking through Twitter and Ning for several years now has showed me the gaps in my teaching background, and motivated me last winter to continue my education. If you're planning on getting into social networking for professional development, and especially if you are thinking of trying to harness some of the creative potential of new media and networking for your teaching, I'll be more than happy to be a sounding board.
I run a tech advice blog called Ask Auntie Web, initially started for the teachers' association In Munich, where I used to live. Hi Anne,
Thanks for your quick reply. I'm really sorry to hear this. I've now recorded your answer and I'll let the team know during our meeting later today. Again, terribly sorry.
Best,
Suzanne
Hi Anne,
The aPLaNet project has now started and we hope that you're having a good time. This is just a short message to check in and see how you're doing. Have you and your mentee (Hasret Ktrcgl) found each other ok? If either of you are having any difficulties, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Suzanne

Hi Anne,
Thanks for your patience. We are now ready to begin the aPLaNet mentoring pilot.
If you are still interested in being a mentor, when you are ready, please would you join the aPLaNet Mentor group http://aplanet-project.org/group/mentors
Once you have done this, we will ask you to fill in a questionnaire and then we can find you a mentee.
Thanks for your support!
Hey Anne! Great to be here, but still trying to find my way round. Ax
