http://listenaminute.com is a website with 60 seconds listening material for English language learners on tens of topics. Each audio file comes with a series of exercises for improving vocab, grammar, writing and pronunciation skills. Great for usage in class but also as an activity for independent learners.

Movie Segments to Assess Grammar Goals is a neat blog which provides short ready made video activities with a single grammar focus. In addition, the video segments are available for streaming or download. I found it very useful.

This is a great warmer which will put everyone in a good mood from the first minute of class.

Stick a compliment to everyone's back (make sure they don't see it beforehand) and then tell them to mingle and follow the instructions on the other students' backs.
