Hi everyone, we are now well into our mentoring pilot, but we haven't been able to assign mentors to everyone yet as we have more volunteer mentors than we have mentees. If any mentors know of suitable candidates, then we'd be delighted if they suggest potential mentees to come and join aPLaNet. Please let us know.

Sorry for being late to the party. I got a reminder to join the Mentors group a while back but I was v. busy on my MA work at the time so everything got stuck on hold.

I can mentor people on Google+ social network. I also know my way around Twitter but I guess Google+ is my speciality :)

Please don't ask me anything about Facebook though as I try to keep usage of that to the absolute minimum!

I gave a big shout out to aPLaNet at the Marrakesh workshop, but again, it's preaching to the converted!

The next stage really does need the personal touch :-)

Warm greetings  from the Mid Atlas Town  Beni Mellal in Morocco . I 'm really glad to join this sharing and caring community and I already feel at home by seeing so many familiar names  :-) 

As I was skimming the mentors guide , I came across this link   wwwi.wiz-iq.com on page 8 which leads to a domain selling  advertisement page . I wonder if you meant www.wiziq.com which the popular virtual classroom ?

Great to see so many volunteer mentors - we're now going to start matching mentors to mentees - the first step is to fill out the following questionnaire http://bit.ly/wUcTTC - we have more mentors than mentees at the moment, so we'd also love it if you could approach teachers you may know who have been reluctant to get involved and persuade them to join us here - thanks!
